These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases from Poseidon Diving Systems AB (“Poseidon Diving Systems”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our webshop.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase certain product(s) from Poseidon Diving Systems. When you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our approval and stock availability.
The purchase agreement between you and Poseidon Diving Systems is concluded when we send you an order confirmation. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police.
Prices displayed on our webshop are MSRP and may vary depending on region. All prices are shown inclusive of local VAT (sales tax) unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate will be calculated based on the shipping destination.
Prices in the shopping cart apply only to purchases made via poseidon.com. Sale and promotional prices are valid only during the campaign period and while stocks last.
Poseidon Diving Systems reserves the right for stock differences, technical issues, and typographical errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance or color due to variations in display settings.
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Payment is processed through an encrypted solution provided by Nets, which complies with PCI DSS security standards. Poseidon Diving Systems does not store or have access to your card details.
We reserve the right to verify that the billing and shipping addresses match. Orders may be canceled in the event of invalid address information or suspected fraud.
Orders are shipped via PostNord, DHL, or UPS. You will receive tracking information via email or SMS. Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock availability.
Prices for delivery exclude any duties or taxes. Poseidon Diving Systems is responsible for goods lost or damaged during transport to the customer, but you must notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If you return an item, you are responsible if it is lost during the return shipment.
Orders shipped internationally, excluding the EU and USA, will incur local import duties and taxes. These charges are typically collected by the courier upon delivery and vary depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed from within the United States are shipped directly from our U.S. distributor’s warehouse (Poseidon Diving Logistics LLC). No customs duties, taxes, or import fees will apply upon delivery within the USA.
Poseidon Diving Systems is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. To exercise this right, contact us by email at info@poseidon.com within 14 days.
Customers outside the EU may contact our customer service for local return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. After confirmation, expect 5–10 additional business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
All Poseidon Diving Systems products come with a two (2) year limited manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
In the case of a valid complaint, Poseidon Diving Systems will repair, replace, or refund the product. For warranty claims, contact info@poseidon.com.
Poseidon Diving Systems’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of use.
Poseidon Diving Systems shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For international orders, personal data may be transferred outside the EU in compliance with applicable laws. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Customers agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. Poseidon Diving Systems products may not be sold, exported, or re-exported to countries or individuals subject to trade sanctions under EU, UN, or US law.
All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, and trademarks, is the property of Poseidon Diving Systems AB or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through the Swedish courts. EU consumers may alternatively use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
